If you're up for something hearty and warm, don't forget to grab a bowl of soup.

My favourite has got to be the mushroom soup. Oh the rich taste of the mushrooms was just so pleasingly delicious.

Now off to the the main hot dishes that's filled bursting with flavours. Well one of the section of the buffet that caught our attention was the bamboo steamed catch of the day. Slices of fish such as Red Mullet, Garoupa, Snapper and Seabass is steamed and don't forget, you have enjoy it with the heavenly fragrant Nyonya sauce. The sauce is so so good!

Some of the other highlights that you got to try is the ever popular local dish - “Oh Chiean” Fried Oyster Omelette, Blanched Cockles with Spicy Garlic Sauce, Seafood Porridge and Seafood Tomyam with noodles, vegetables and condiments of your choice.

There’s also grilled seafood items like Oyster Florentine, Baked Mussels and Gratinated Scallop.
