Celebrate Mid-Autumn with Mooncakes by Leong Yin Pastry

Leong Yin Pasty is no stranger in the market when it comes to delivering premium lotus seed paste and especially mooncakes. With over 40 years of manufacturing experience, Leong Yin Pastry has evolved from conventional to the current sophisticated manufacturing process with latest and advanced machineries and technology.

It was a pleasure that I was given the opportunity to taste and learn what Leong Yin Pastry has to offer for this coming Mid-Autumn festival as well as what Leong Yin Pastry is all about. One of the highlight that makes Leong Yin Pastry different is that they use Lotus Seed Paste which cost many folds more compare to the common usage of bean paste.

For this coming Mid-Autumn, Leong Yin Pastry introduces 5 new exciting flavours in addition to their other popular mooncakes for this year's celebration

The 5 flavours to look out for is:
Gridelin Mellow - Custard Paste with Lotus Paste
Ardent Rhapsody - Chrysanthemum Pur Erh with Red Dates Paste
Aurulent Lavish - Gula Melaka with Honey White Lotus Paste
