Valentine's Day is approaching real soon and love birds will be thinking of where to bring their special ones to. Why not for this year, bring your loved ones and surprise them to a lovely meal 700feet high up on Penang Hill. David Brown's Restaurant & Tea Terrace has come up with a special course meal for you to celebrate this special day.
The Valentine course meal is made available from the 12-14 of February 2016. Let's have a look at what awaits you this Valentine.
Starting off with fresh bread rolls and butter.
Next up is the Rouleau De Printemps. A starter which consist of 2 items, Cod Fish Paper Roll and Mango Spring Roll. Something that looks pretty simple but gives a pretty nice flavours to start off the meal with.
I really like the Lobster Bisque. Rich and flavourful soup with lobster essence and slipper lobster meat. Making every spoonful something to enjoy away.
The 1st Main Course is the Chicken Roulade served with Poivrade Sauce and Potato Confit. The chicken which was added with pistachio among other items, gave a nice flavourful taste.
As for the 2nd main course, you get to choose one out of the 3 available choices. The first choice is the Steamed Chiteau Cod. Served with Seafood Veloute and Chive Pomme Puree.
The 2nd item you could choose for is the Lamb Stew. Served along with with Balsamic Portwine and Potato Confit. I you love lamb, this will sure please you. Soft juicy pieces of lamb and such nice flavourful sauce.
Alternatively, if you are a beef person then the 3rd option, Panseared Grain Fed Tenderloin served with Australian Potato Crisps and Aujus will surely make want to have more.
Wind down with Always Sweet, dessert made up of Chocolate Strawberry Mousse & Sponge. Delicious with every bite. Not only does it look so tempting, it taste yummiliciously good too.
Last but not least, a nice cup of either tea or coffee to finish it off.

The course meal is available for RM388++ a couple. But perhaps if it was a family outing and there is an odd number in guest, then the individual package is at RM170++.
The course meal is available from the 12-14 February 2016. Here's a special treat from David Brown for you whereby if you reserve and pay full payment upfront for dining on the 14 Feb 2016, you will be entitled to one bottle of either red or white house wine for free.
Kindly take note that dining on the 14 February 2016 will be done in 2 seesion where the 1st session is from 5.30pm - 8.00pm while the other session is from 8.30pm-10.00pm. No Hi-Tea available for the day.
