Eastin Hotel Penang brings you Chef's Specialities Around The World

Eastin Hotel Penang is bringing you Chef's Specialities Around The World at Swez Brasserie for their upcoming Nov 2014 to Jan 2015 promotion. Be mesmerized by the flavours of Japanese Cuisine, Chinese Cuisine, Peranakan Cuisine, European Cuisine and Thai Cuisine.

On Mondays, taste from the land of the rising sun where Chef Nuhaini Abu Bakar, prepares Sushi and Tempura.



While on Tuedays, Chef Cheah Teik Huat prepares the local flavour of Chinese Cuisine with dishes such as Crispy Century Egg Roll and Roasted Duck.


Step into Wednesdays with the taste of Peranakan Cuinese, a unique blend of Chinese, Malay and other influences. Dishes specially made by Chef Chan Teik Onn are such as the Kapitan Chicken, Kerabu Rice and Asam Prawn.




Chef Kevin Christie Menon brings you the taste of European Cuisine on Thurdays with Slow Braised Barbecue Beef Ribs.  


We go up north on Fridays with the taste of Thai Cuisine prepared by Chef Khalil b Khazali, preparing one of the popular dishes that is the Thai Green Curry Chicken.


Here are the 5 talented chefs who will be bringing you all the interesting flavours and dishes from November onwards.



The Chef's Specialities Around The World will be available during Lunch as well as during Hi-Tea from the 1st of November 2014 until 31st January 2015. It will be ongoing for 3 months, so do make a date.

Lunch : Monday - Friday
12.00 pm - 2.30 pm
RM 50++ (Adult)  RM25++ (Child)

Hi-Tea: Saturday & Sunday
12.00 pm - 4.00pm
RM58++ (Adult)  RM29++ (Child)
